What is a good list of open source PC tools?
I am in a high school computer tech class and a neighbor has asked me to clean up her computer for her because it is running slow. I'm not too skilled in computer repair like removing virus because mainly I just build them in the class. I have a few things I could use like Ccleaner, Glary Utilities, a virus scanner, and so on. Basically I was wondering what specific freeware PC maintenance tools could I get that would be useful?
